We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 6 – DELIVERY

Olyve beauty only delivers to the areas specified by the service. 

Deliveries shall take place within 3 – 6 working days following the communication of dispatch of the package, unless otherwise indicated in the order confirmation.

For any anomaly encountered, the consumer may still contact Olyve beauty directly at the email ask@olyvebauty.com.

Olyve beauty, which manages the www.olyvebeauty.com portal, makes home delivery via various couriers offering a traceability service.

Orders placed are dispatched within 2 working days of receipt and delivery is guaranteed for the full value of the order.

Olyve beauty will not be responsible for any delays occurring during transport. Similarly, Olyve beauty shall not be liable for any loss, damage, misdelivery or non-delivery caused by events and/or causes of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, such as but not limited to: natural disasters, adverse weather conditions (such as heavy snowfall), strikes (of its own or other employees), accidents to means of transport, explosions, or any other cause, similar or different.

SECTION 7 – PAYMENT

For payment of the order, you can choose one of the different methods indicated in the order form (currently: debit card enabled for online purchases, credit card). The applicable VAT, and taxes are already included in the price.

Payment methods not accepted are bank transfer and payment on delivery.

SECTION 16 – COPYRIGHT

All the contents of the Site, including texts, images and graphic layouts, are the property of the Olyve beauty Company. Any unauthorized reproduction will be prosecuted according to law.

The official and valid means of communication between the Customer and the Seller is solely and exclusively by e-mail to ask@olyvebeauty.com (social media and Whatsapp are not, but are only offered to the Customer to help him in the purchase process).
